Yeah,,,I'm refering to making changes of foot straps or putting on new harness lines.
New harness lines and foot straps are very stiff and hard to work worth when new out of the package.
So.,,,just dip the parts (in water) that you are going worth with,(manipulate) like the loops of the harness lines
or the ends (where the screws go) of foot straps. Everything goes on easier when wet!
