Harriet Friday?

Post by DavidF »

Has anyone been to Harriet in the last few days?
Is there any snow on the ice?
I really want to get out, only have a few hours, and have to stay local. I may check it out late morning and give it a shot if it looks OK.

David.

I took a look at the lake. No snow to really see. Quite a bit of standing water.

Even up on milly the snow is going, going, gone. Just got to try out Denis's now crossbow on clear lake (6 miles north of Milly) and the "snow" is pure slush, with big open ice spots. Milly looks the same. When this frezzes it is going to be a really bumpy ride. still kind of fun in the warm weather. I'll take what I can get. How far do we have to drive now for good snow? Montana? Colorado? Lets get a roadtrip planed.

Have fun on whatever your riding.
