I am thinking either heading to Pepin or heading up North to meet up with everyone. Is there enough snow to hold an edge? I'm in need of a long day of kiting

Colorado Kiting
Does anyone have a contact person or forum in Colorado? We are heading out West (Dillon Co) and I wanting to know what areas are available for kiting. Searched the Web for Colorado Kiting but came up empty, just a bunch of Ads. Any help would be great. It was great meeting up with everyone this past...

Welcome, now we have 4 kiters in the area. Rochester is extremely limited for kiting. Cannon is probably the best spot, within 50 miles, it works well from all wind directions. Byllesby is good when the wind is out of the West. Give me a call and we will hook up, my cell number is (507) 251-6476. Pe...

A couple of years ago we tried to blow up 300 balloons with carbon dioxide to make balloon arches. Thinking we were really smart we returned to work only to find the air went flat by morning. All balloons were laying on the floor. We even used a product that should have made the balloons stay inflat...

Mille Lacs Crossing
What is this event? Is it an actual race or something like the Kite Freeze where everyone is hanging out kiting across the lake.

Ice Conditions on Saturday
Is there any concern with the warm weather and the ice weakening. Is everyone planning on driving out to the island tomorrow.
See you Saturday

I agree with Tighe, I would certainly prefer to ride with others -vs- by myself. The only reason I will probably go the Cannon on Saturday afternoon is due to the job. (Some of us have to work on weekends, bummer  ). I am planning on making the trip on Sunday. Who knows maybe I'll be sick on Sa...

retractable leashes!!
