windsurfing board repair

Does anyone know where I can have a windsurf board repaired in the Twin Cities area? It is an old 80's glass board. The email address for board repair listed under "services", jradtke4@comcast.net, did not work for me.
Thanks!

Outer Banxious

When I used to live in NC, a group of us windsurfers would frequently spend weekends on the outer banks. The campground of choice use to be frisco woods campground (http://www.outer-banks.com/friscowoods/). It is located on the waterfront on the sound side. The campground is geared toward windfanati...

I can totally relate. Last year I finally exchanged my 80's boards for the new stuff and I felt like a clown on those boards. What helped me is first of all to make sure your sail is downhauled enough. Second, I had my boom too low. Third, Windsurfing Magazine had an article where they advised to ha...

From my perspective, I moved from North Carolina a few years ago where we had a windsurfing club that organized learn-to-sail days, beach weekends, races, etc. We met our very best friends in that club and they are now godparents of my daughter. Before I moved to Minnesota, a google search quickly l...

OK, I am seriously thinking about going. I need to be home until about 9:30 and so I could be on the road by 10:00 - 10:30.

Hi Fellas, where can I find Port Wing? And, the Tott Lot, another famous Duluth destination, where is that? I am hoping to get at least a few Superior sessions in before winter.

I agree. I have Ezzy wave sails and they are the best in my quiver. Apart from being bomb proof, they also have a very good range and they feel very stable to me. The first time I realized how well they worked was on a big day in the ocean near Wilmington, N.C. It had been probably 7 years since I h...

Randy, after talking to you today in Duluth, I never would have guessed that you carried such a burden. Your positive spirit is very uplifting. My thoughts and well wishes go out to you, your family and Davin. Strength, Jan (by the way, I sailed at Scheveningen once too. That was my first wave saili...

Anybody going to Green Lake? It seems that the western part of the state is getting decent wind this afternoon.

For me, it was an epic day back in Holland in 1990 when everything came together. I was in shape, my sail (3.5 neil pryde) and my board worked together perfectly. The wind was probably around 30 – 35 knots. The conditions were perfect for bump and jump, and I still remember jumping so high that you ...

New guy looking to windsurf on Sunday

Hello all,
It looks like it will be a good day on Sunday. Does anyone have a recomendation as to what lake will be good ? I live in Eden Prairie and so far I have only sailed once in the twin cities area, on Waconia, last year. I am looking for high wind, bump and jump conditions.
